En el a\u00f1o 1965 Yolanda Mansilla Maldonado comenz\u00f3 a trabajar como ayudante pastelero, en la Pasteler\u00eda Bomb\u00f3n Oriental, aprendiendo a elaborar todos sus productos. En el a\u00f1o 1977, Yolanda compr\u00f3 la pasteler\u00eda y desde ese entonces convirti\u00f3 al Bomb\u00f3n Oriental.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Un cl\u00e1sico del Barrio Lastarria, con recetas tradicionales \u00c1rabes y Chilenas.
